Standard ICU Foam Surface - Non-powered; basic ICU use.

P500 Therapy Surface - Premium powered pressure redistribution with Continuous Lateral Rotation Therapy (CLRT) and Turn Assist.

Pulmonary Surface - Full lateral rotation, with Percussion and Vibration (P&V) therapy. The mattress mechanically pulses against the patient's chest wall to help loosen lung secretions.
