This agreement is between you and BedMed or one of its affiliates. All references to “BedMed,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to BEDMED, 1321 UPLAND DR STE 10451, HOUSTON, TX 77043.

DEFINITIONS
“Opting In,” “Opt In,” and “Opt-In” mean that you voluntarily request, join, agree to, enroll in, sign up for, or otherwise expressly consent to receive one or more text messages from BedMed.

“Text Message Service” means conversational person-to-person text messaging between you and a BedMed employee using SMS, MMS, or similar technologies.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES
You may opt in to receive text messages from BedMed by submitting your mobile number through a BedMed web form and checking the optional SMS consent box. SMS consent is not required to sign in, complete onboarding, or use any other BedMed service.

By opting in, you agree to receive conversational person-to-person text messages from BedMed related to scheduling coordination, meeting coordination, document requests, follow-up questions, and other direct non-marketing business communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

By consenting to receive text messages from BedMed, you also agree to these Text Messaging Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

E-SIGN DISCLOSURE
By agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to the use of electronic records to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP.

BEDMED TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE PRIVACY POLICY
BedMed uses SMS messaging for conversational person-to-person, non-marketing communications between BedMed employees and applicants, vendors, and other business contacts. Messages may include scheduling coordination, meeting coordination, document requests, follow-up questions, and other direct business communications initiated by a BedMed employee.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are collected only through explicit user opt-in. SMS consent is collected through a separate optional checkbox on the BedMed sign-up form.

We do not send promotional content through this Text Message Service.

Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting helpdesk@bedmed.com.

All SMS data is handled securely and in accordance with our data protection policies.

COSTS OF TEXT MESSAGES
BedMed does not charge you for text messages sent through this service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan or carrier.

FREQUENCY OF TEXT MESSAGES
Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your direct communication with a BedMed employee.

OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT to any message. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
