Refurbished beds never looked so good

Our expert technicians put every bed through a 30-point check before it leaves our facility.

A thriving second life

New beds and stretchers routinely go for exorbitant prices. The only alternative was to run your technicians ragged keeping old beds limping along until a capital refresh finally freed up the budget.
We built BedMed to fix that. Our expert technicians put every bed, stretcher, and mattress that comes through our facility through a rigorous inspection and repair process. If a bed or part doesn't meet our standards, we don't sell it. Anything you order looks and feels like new.

The refurbishing process

1

Inspection

We check the frame, mechanical functions, and electronic components for damage or abnormal function. Anything broken gets replaced. Anything beyond repair never gets sold.

2

Painting

Every surface is sanded down, cleaned, and repainted.

3

Final clean and inspection

With a fresh pair of eyes, our head technician runs a full inspection, sending back anything that doesn't meet A+ quality.

4

Prep for shipping

Each bed is wrapped and padded to prevent cosmetic damage in transit.

Getting parts in hand NOW

New hospital bed parts are taking weeks, sometimes months, to ship right now. Instead of waiting on a back-order, buy slightly used, fully functional parts from BedMed.
During the refurbishing process, we pull completely functional parts off beds that can't be sold because of other, unfixable problems. Those parts get fully tested, cleaned, and shelved for quick shipment.
If a part isn't listed on our site, ask us. Nine times out of ten, we have it in stock — just not listed yet.

Guaranteed quality, backed with a 1-year warranty

Every bed goes through rigorous testing and a full revitalization before it ships, and we stand behind that work. We want your caretakers and technicians to trust the bed for years to come. Every bed comes with a 1-year parts warranty, extendable 2–4 more years. If something unforeseen comes up, we'll make it right.
